Process

• The project commenced with an initial conversation between Minal, Acacia and I to discuss storytelling, goals, call-to-action, and any additional copy requirements.

• Following this, I created a preliminary storyboard to establish the video's flow and organization, which was presented to the client for review.

• Next, I curated and trimmed down selected video clips showcasing the highlights of Minal's interviews and talks, and gathered potential music tracks that aligned with the video's goals.

• To ensure consistency and cohesiveness, I incorporated Minal Bopaiah's personal brand colors and typography, complementing her book "Equity," throughout the video.

• Upon obtaining approval of the storyboard, music, video, and image selection, we proceeded to create and edit the video. Captions were also included within the video to ensure accessibility for all viewers.

• Throughout the project, I worked closely with Minal and Acacia, to incorporate feedback and ensure a final product that fully met the client's expectations.

Conclusion

• Following a few rounds of revisions, the team arrived at a definitive video product that aptly reflected Minal's expertise, aptitude, and individuality as a keynote speaker. The final video is now available to view on Minal’s Youtube channel.
